I stood in this store for 15 minutes without even being acknowledged, at 10:45 in the morning. They were not busy and had... several people working. A woman came in after me and the girl behind the counter chose to take and fill her order first. Shethen disappeared to the back. 2 other customers came in during this time and waited. She finally came back to the front, onlybecause the phone was ringing. For $5.00 it's a steal. An I can't believe they closed down the Rockport outlet. I used to buy 4 pizzas at a time and I was... happy now if I want any I have to go all the way to Portland, Tx. Has really gone downhill. I went in and ordered 2 Supreme pizzas and a deep dish. I expected a little wait because it was a... special order and it was a little bit busy so I figured about a 20 minute wait would be expected. However, my 2 Supremes cameout after 15 minutes and not my deep dish. I figured okay, maybe another 5 minute wait at the most, but no after waiting another10 minutes I asked where my deep dish was and was told it would be another 15 minutes. I asked for a refund and was told herefunded it but had to charge me again for 22.04 because he couldn't figure out how to just refund the one pizza. Read more
We were told thin crust is no longer on the hot and ready list so we need to call in our order, when I called they put the phone... down on the counter for 16 minutes until I got there and asked to speak with the manager, she said he is new, no apology, no oneasked for my order. It seems like they just didn?t even care!! 1. Teach your employees that answer the phone to talk into the phone. 2. Teach your employees to talk clearly into the phone. 3.... Teach your employees not to mumble to customers. 4. Teach your employees to repeat order to customer. 5. Teach your employees topay attention when taking someone's order on the phone. 6. Teach your employees to enter the orders correct. 7. You?d think that with the epidemic going on the employees would take safety to the next level. I walked in and out in less than... 5 minutes I saw half of the employees wearing mask and the one assembling the pizza was not wearing gloves. Apart from this acustomer (maybe an employee) walked to the back (kitchen area) without a mask and gloves and cane right out with two pizzas. Read more
