Good subs I just do not like how they won?t take any subway coupons at all

This location would get No stars if it were an option. Does not toast sandwiches. Skimps on veggies on a veggie sandwich. Is not... part of the $5 promotion and is overpriced $18 for 2 subs one was a veggie sub and chips. No drink's. Read more
The pictures are from Thursday afternoon whereas the tea was made more than 24 hours before. 1 tea-bin was completely empty and... crusty. also the staff was rude yelled at me that they would not serve a premade egg white after 11 it was too hard. like itspre-made you literally just pop it in the microwave like you do every other bit of meat every time and she yelled at me againstating it was after 11 and they refused to serve eggs. I would give zero Stars if I could. My mother just went to this location and tried to use a buy one get one free Subway... sandwich. She had a coupon and and the boss of this Subway refused to take the coupon made them pay full price. The first thingI asked was if she talked to a manager and she said that the boss of the store refused to take the coupon. I would say that'sabsolute trash customer service and I do not recommend this place to anyone I would never eat there again. I was a regularcustomer until they did that to my mom. Read more
Rude manager/owner who never takes ownership of mistakes made on food , insteads blames customer and will lie and say he will... remake sandwich and instead put it in microwave. He doesn't even know how to make subways own "sandwich series" and they alsodon't take any subway coupons here. The other 2 locations in sulphur are way better. Read more
