My wife and son love their biscuits. I love the Breakfast Burger.
I was so excited to eat here. Both burgers were super dry and no flavor.
I ordered a loaded omelet biscuit meal, the omelet was made of eggs and cheese...not loaded. The hashbrowns were limp and greasy... like most of the employees. Go home and cook, save the money. Read more
Watched the cook/manager on duty make my burger through the drive with no gloves on, and watched her put American cheese on my... jalapeño double, which it?s the second time she?s done that, so I guess she just doesn?t know what comes on the burgers lol. What a disaster!!!Stopped in Sunday evening. The shift manager waited on and she had what appeared to be flour all over her... shirt. We ordered to large burgers fries and onion rings. OMG. The burgers were a disaster!! Like so much catsup and maybe Mayothat you could not pick it up without everything and I do mean everything came oozing out ..The meat Pattie?s came sliding outas well. Basically everything fell apart. Later a cook came around to visit with a buddy to chat. His hand were touching hisface and hair. I have little doubt that any rules of a sanitary work place was a part of everything going on. If you don?t havea mature adult skilled with fast food management, to oversee, manage and control product quality, then lock the doors!! Read more
Should get no stars.... seriously I love Carl's Jr. The staff here royally fed our order up... my burger was cold, onion rings... hard like they been under the lamp all day. My wife and son ordered chicken sandwiches they both got burgers. This was myworst fast food experience!!!! Honestly they should shut the restaurant down having that many mistakes at once!!!! Only reason it gets 4 and not 5 is the facilities are a little worn out. The reason it gets 4 is the people. To find happy... people trying to create happy customers can be hard to find in the fast food industry. Kudos to the staff....keep up the goodwork. Read more
All the food was very cold and the inside of the restaurant was not very clean. I wouldn't choose to go back.
