They was slow food was cold and not cooked all the way tots had way to much salt on them not happy

I wouldn't even give them 1 star.. I've been sitting at the stall with the "red button activated" for more than 20 minutes..I... have pushed it again. No answer. I stopped at Sonic for a much advertised Chili Cheese Wrap Jr. today to learn I couldn't get one because they were out of... fritos! Following day I asked husband to stop by and get me a drink; he again tried to order the chili cheese wrap.... samestory NO fritos! This is a major TV advertisement for Sonic so why would you be out of the main ingredients?? Very poorservice!! Read more
Horrible service. I waited 10 minutes to even order and then another 10 minutes in the drive through. The car hopper delivered... food and was running around while the gal in the drive through was talking and standing around. I'm very disappointed in theservice. The food was even worse. I ordered a blue raspberry slushy with needs, came out literally sugar water with nerds!! Youlost a customer.. you should hold your employees accountable for that. Read more
We waited almost 20 minutes no exaggeration so we can get my sister's chicken back that was on the outside way overcooked yet... somehow on the inside way undercooked not sure how they did that tater tots were cold none of it was fresh oh the drinks weregood. Her excuse was well chicken takes longer yeah not 20 minutes. it was obvious our food had been sitting there at the windowfor at least 10 minutes we had to ask and tell them to give us the right order at the window they had to ask what our order was.Oh and we were the only ones there.
