Johanna or Shoshanna or how ever the name is spelled . That manager took my order and was incorrect so I notify them to make the... proper changes for my order. What I got was attitude with such unprofessional customer service and did not believe a word Isaid until I showed her my receipt as proof. And yet I didn't even get an apology or anything of that sort. Worst customerservice especially for the manager of thus establishment. It's okay friendly service but 1 weird thing, they didn't have a menu up on the wall, instead they had these little photocopied... menus at the counter for you to look at, also didn't seem to be as many items. Didn't like not having a menu on the wall. Read more

Thanks to the dark headed woman I couldn't get in the lobby so took my order in line behind some 13+ vehicles in the rain...... Pull up to window and they try to refuse me service. Not too happy with this place. We were traveling thru and our group decided to stop here. There was no one at counter, no menu... to look at except on touchscreens. The worker came up to counter and didn't sat anything to us as we were struggling with ourorder on touch screen she went to people behind us and took their oder and we finally got ours complete and before we sat downthe people behind us already got their order. I only like tacos with meat lettuce and cheese and it had tomatoes and sourcesadded so I scraped it off. Needless to say wasn't too happy. I hate that service has to be like this. Read more
I ordered a taco box with 12 taco supremes. Paid the extra to have them all supremes. They gave me 12 plain tacos. I also asked... for mild sauce. Nothing. Not even napkins. I was very disappointed. Read more
Hate the new ordering system. Do it on your own and they took down menu so its all on screen. Will not be eating Taco Bell any... longer. PR is important and they have chose to take it away. Read more
The guy at the drive thru was awesome. Very good customer service. They forgot my sauce tho ???? but I do not like their taco... meat anymore it's more like chili that seasoned ground beef. Read more
