i?m not too sure what was up today. they weren?t too busy but we sat in the drive thru for 10-15 minutes while they told us give... them a minute. we waited before entering and when we did we had to wait a few more minutes before ordering. when we went toorder we told the lady everything we wanted and she just kept messing up, i understand when your busy and everything but whensomeone came to help her we explained the order over again and it still came out wrong, we did receive our other food but our jrwhopper only came with mustard and cheese after i told them NO cheese, NO onions and only mustard and all the other vegetables.Usually i go in to be greeted by curtis but he wasn?t there today. i?m not the person to just complain but i just hope y?allhave a great day! I dont know his name but the manager at this location is the GREATEST MANAGER of any business. He is professional and pleasant.... He is always as fast as he can be. He has a thankless job and really should be rewarded for the job he is performing. I wouldhate to see what it would be like without him there. Read more

The food is always amazing, but there are crew members who speak badly on managers to the customers while they're making orders.... Also, customers have left due to managers shouting vulgarity in front of their children while dining in the lobby. Definitelynot a professional place. Read more
First and foremost I have given this location many trys because (1) its the local BK and (2)I love the taste of a freshly made... flame broiled whopper! With that being said I am gonna give my honest unbiased opinion. While the oh so familiar and good smellof this BK is great when your approaching the place that's about the only great thing you'll be getting. I'm sad to report thatthis is by far the worst BK I have ever stepped into. Everything from the service to the food quality to the cleanliness is inneed of drastic improvement. This place should be fined for such poor representation of the BK brand. The so called staff ishorrible and had no sense of urgency. I've seen the employees walk to the store next door with the headset on mind you and buy acouple of buzzballs (alcoholic beverages) and guzzle them down and walk right back into there shift. Orders are always incorrectand never in a timely manner. So again it's sad that my favorite fast food burger joint is also the worst of the locals. Doyourself and your family a favor skip this location and enjoy your meal at a place that actually deserves your business andtakes pride in what they're doing. Love whoppers with cheese but everytime I get one here the whopper isn't hot. I did give the sausage egg and cheese croissant... this morning....it was fresh and hot...they got that part right. The customer service has always been good. Read more
The Onion rings were disgustand & the original chicken sandwich was so dry the bread was old do not waste $10.
