Ordered online for in-store pick up. I forgot to add something to the order and called the store, was greeted friendly and they... handled my additional order with speed. Wife brought it home and it was exactly what I ordered. Everything was hot anddelicious. NEW REVIEW 06/30/22: Had ordered some thin crust pizzas and they were up to par. We spoke with one of the managersHailey and she got us taken care of with replacement pizzas. Customer service is excellent. The place is always clean, employeesare professional, and if the food is not up to your expectations they will make sure you are taken care of. Read more
Great service .. tonight's delivery person seems in a great hurry they basically tossed the order onto the porch and ran like... I'd scalded them. They didn't even wave bye or knock to inform they were here. If we hadn't been watching we wouldn't have knownthe order arrived. Read more
I had pizza delivered to me at close by hotel. The charge was $22 and paid the driver $40. she said she only have $10 change and... that all she can gave me back. Well, I belived her and said give the 10 and keep rest, but when she exposed the money, I saw shehad enough change. I don't mind giving $9 tip to hard working driver, but she lied to my face. I usually order pizza from dominos only through out the country when i got to sulphur Springs TX i called this location and... ordered small size with chicken and jalapeno, the driver delivered and gave him a tip, i got into my semi opened the box andtheir was barely any chichen on the pizza i think 6 pieces of chicken when i called them and told them what they delivered tome, the manager said we weight every piece of chicken or what ever we put on the pizza, i have been ordering the same thinganytime i need a pizza frok dominos in 48 states and never seen the one i got tonight 03-10-2020, be careful when making orderfrom this location Read more
