Reservations are required, booking was easy and we were greeted pleasantly by a smiling host who confirmed our reservation and... seated us with a smooth hand off to our server who already had fresh glasses of ice water when he introduced himself, we ordereda pitcher of mimosas which contained a full bottle of champagne and enough oj to top off a half gallon pitcher, we could've had4 at our table with enough for everyone, but we only had us 2 and gave a little under a half to the table next to us. Sheordered cinnamon rolls, that were light and airy, the proof had to have been perfect on them, because they almost melted in yourmouth without having to chew! I ordered chicken and waffles, waffles were big and fluffy and hearty with the original syrupand house butter slathered everywhere on them. I chose to eat the chicken nuggets with the Sriracha maple syrup. All in all itwas woth the great price we paid. $60ish for 2 brunches and a pitcher of mimosas. If I'm around there again I'll definitely goeat there again! Read more
Clean, friendly staff, very cute decor and atmosphere, the chicken & waffles were good although the chicken was pretty tough. ... The burger was also pretty good. The appetizer we chose was Zucchini Parmesan bites…. Those were horrible…. Soggy w asprinkle of parm for $10 (terrible). Overall a decent place to eat but I have a feeling breakfast is more there speed and notdinner. Enjoy! Read more

This is a must! First time we have ever been and it wont be the last! I got the tuna toast with the cilantro sauce, super... delicious!!! Husband got the ranchero, and the kids got the Paris French toast. Everything thing was priced fairly, The portionswere great. Kids had to take Togo boxes. My daughter and I ordered tea, It is so nice to go to a place that actually orders thegood stuff! The tea was 10/10 for those of you who are tea drinkers you know what I mean(Rishi is the brand) . I can't sayenough good things about this place. It is down town, there is patio seating, the decorations inside give you that cozy cafétype feeling. The owner or manager not sure what his title was, came around with a place of extra stuff like cookies and thingsthat they had extra of and went around to all the kids in the restaurant . First time, definitely not the last! We started with a key lime pie martini and lobster and crab on brioche. Then I had a lemon... pepper sea bass and they ordered the chicken fried steak. On a quick visit to Sulphur Springs, we decided it was time for lunch and gave this place a try. The food was excellent,... especially the waffles. They had a sweetness and a crisp exterior that made them very good. I didn't need syrup to enjoy them,but they had it available and also a spicy maple syrup that gave it a kick. Eggs and bacon are cooked how you like them, andthey came out just as we asked. Our server was very attentive, but not annoyingly so. Our drinks were refilled promptly, andthe table never had a discarded plate for long. The place was fairly busy, but we didn't have to wait long to be seated, served,or attended to. Nice downtown place to have breakfast with family, super attentive waiter. We ordered hot chocolate for my little boy and she... requested the appropriate temperature for a little kid. Food was delicious, best waffles ever, eggs Benedict were sotasty!!! Coffee hit the spot! Read more
