This was the worst experience we had at a restaurant From the start there was no one at the front counter, and people had to... call the waiter over because they weren't there to seat them and give menu's. First of all, the food took forever. We waitedprobably 30 minutes, and that didn't make sense because we were the only ones there! Second, the fish and undercooked withabsolutely no flavor. We had to put salt, pepper, and ask for spicy sauce to make sure it has taste. We also ordered the kidsmenu Mac n cheese, and waited. However, when it came, there were about 2 tablespoons of Mac n cheese in the bowl! The waitersaid that they were running out of Mac n cheese, but then shouldn't we have been informed. Started off on a bad note when our server sat us at a dirty table . And when I mentioned that the table was dirty he didn?t... bother to clean it . Then we ordered an appetizer and it came out with our food that was ALL wrong . Server didn?t offer to fixit . My boyfriend sat the entire time with no refills on his empty drink and there was only one table besides us in the entirebuilding. An employee was asleep in a booth . We should have known something was off when we pulled in and there was an emptyparking lot on a Friday night ! We asked for a manager and one never appeared. We were going to pay for our drinks at least butnobody came so we left without eating or paying for our drinks or seeing a manager. Never will ever go back ! Read more
This is the worst establishment in Sulphur Springs, TX first there was a dead fly in my hashbrowns. Then not one person at our... table was offered a refill and all of our glasses were empty. Our waitress was busy with a bigger group than our group of 5 sowe asked another waitress if we could have refills. Talk about attitude, the middle aged African-American woman with 2 footeyelashes, she treated me like we had done something wrong by asking for help. This is my second visit I've received attitudefrom her. I have also watched her be rude to other customers. I will NOT EVER return to this location again. It looks bad sinceGreeneville was just shut down by the health department. If I owned this location I would be so embarrassed by these actions.The young man waiter was just as useless. The waitress, Sarah, was slow as hell. We had to wait what felt like 30 minutes to order our drinks. The food came in timely... manner but then we waited 30 minutes for her to come give us our ticket. We easily waited another 10-15 waiting for her toreceive our payment while she served 4 other tables and did the payment for the table that got there after we got our food. Ihad a gift card I needed to use but we ended up using cash that we were trying to save for gas until next paycheck. The food wasgood, the food came out quick. Sarah was unattentive and too slow when it came to us trying to get back on the road to travelour 2 hours home. Read more

This location is a lot better than it used to be. When we got there the parking lot was empty, so we thought it was closed. Nope... we were the only guests there. The food was all correct and tasted great. Our server was very attentive also. I'd say give itanother try if it's been a while since you've been. Read more
