The Manager Lauren was amazing. Customer service was above expectations. I felt like a guest in her home.
Had the ultimate cheeseburger on the sourdough bun and two tacos. The burger was very good, cooked fresh and hot. This was and... usually is the best burger I ever had. Very tasty. The service was great too. Server had an awesome attitude with a smile. Thetacos are usually good to but sometimes they rush those and don't put enough lettuce or toppings on them. My wife spent over $50 for her & our kids. After waiting more than 20 minutes she was asked to wait another 5 mins because... something was missing. Finally made it home only to discover that another item was missing, and the food they did get was old &reheated. So bad they couldn't eat most of it.. This is probably the 3rd time in a row we were served old sloppy food, or justthe wrong order completely. We won't waist another dollar at this location. Read more
The crew here is always friendly. The food was tasty as usual. My only issue was I asked for loaded tacos and they came to me... regular. I don't know if they were out of lettuce or what...I mean I still ate them. Read more
The Ultimate Cheeseburger is the best burger EVER. OUR Jack In the Box is very efficient. We don't get to go into town often.... Usually not more than once monthly but EVERY time we go, we stop and get an Ultimate Cheeseburger. Usually a Vanilla Shake withwhipped creme and a cherry. Keep up the good work! Stay friendly. Service was fast and friendly. The food was typical JIB food. The store was not busy at 9:42 am on 1/12/22. But, the store... needed cleaning. The dining room table tops need to be wiped down good, and the Mens restroom floor needs to be swept up. Read more
They are alright, the fact that they serve breakfast 24/7 is always a plus. Their hashbrowns are way better than McDonald's,... super hot and not all that greasy compared to them. Depending on what you get the food can teeter totter between bland and good.I like their sourdough jack. It's actually pretty good. Their curly fries aren't that great so I usually just get regular friestoo. Read more
