This place is absolutely terrible. My boyfriend and I went on my lunch break to eat and quick lunch, we were mistaken it was not... quick at all and the service and food was awful! After waiting 45 minutes for our food it didn?t come out right! I ordered theoriginal recipe drumsticks and got the crispy instead and he ordered the spicy macaroni bowl and asked the lady for extra spicysauce, that he didn?t get! Once he realized it he walked to the front desk to ask the lady for extra like she said she would do,and the manager asked her if she had already added some to his meal and she said yes and then after continued to ignore him andtalk amongst themselves like he wasn?t even there. I work in customer service I get it we all have bad days, but this is adisgusting and horrible way to treat customers that are the only ones in the store and are trying to be nice and just ask forthe extras they were promised. Just because you are having a bad day and hate your job don?t take it out on your customers, Iwould not recommend anyone eat at this KFC, maybe then they will learn how to treat another human being!! Worst experience I have ever had, me and my girlfriend ordered 2 things on her lunch break, we waited there 45 minutes, my food... wasn't right, the workers were really rude to me, couldn't eat all of our food because she had to be back at work and we werethe only people in the restaurant, and it still took 45 minutes to get out food! Do not go here. You'll get treated rude, foodwont be right, go somewhere else where you can actually get treated like a Human. Read more
So after ordering a chicken sandwich and having to wait 30 mins for my food to be brought out in the parking lot. (Not doing... that again) the lady bringing the food out decided that my order could wait and she had time to smoke a cigarette and talk withher work buddy outside. Why is it soo hard to have a decent chicken place in town these days. I guess KFC corporate has somemore hard lessons to learn when it comes to customer experience. I have been disappointed time after time visiting this location. I like the local Chicken Express but they are pricy and... sometimes you want something different. 2 of my 4 lunch time visits they have been out of biscuits. Should be open till 9pm.However 7pm. It's dark. No lights on in the parking lot. And if you pull around to the drive through at 7:45pm They are out ofbiscuits, out of gravy, and only have drumsticks and wings. And only crispy. I'm not sure if this is a poor management or poorstaffing. But this will soon be yet another business closing in this town because they can't get themselves together. Thisbusiness has a potential to be saved if corporate would step in and do something. Read more

We went in to order 2 pot pies at 7:00pm. One lady was waiting on the window and no one else was around. Another customer told... me this was terrible that she had been waiting over 30 minutes. Finally a lady came from the back and asked if she could helpme. I told her 2 pot pies. She told me to loose the attitude that they were short handed! She had yelled so loud everyonewas watching me. First of all, the customer service is absolutely terrible. They gave me the wrong order twice, gave us no straws for our drinks,... did not ask us if we wanted a receipt, and proceeded to be extremely rude to me to my face. Even took pictures of us and ourcar. Read more
