Overall a decent place. Parking sucks and my shower was not cleaned. They only put in towels and didn?t wipe anything down. Sink... had hair in it and toilet still has sh1t stains in it. Other than that not a bad place. Read more
I'm giving this Pilot 3 stars because there was people standing in line waiting to get to check out and Mrs. Hannah let a guy... just walk up and cut everyone in line. I said, Are you going to let him cut the line and she said Sorry I didn't get know butshe was at the register the entire time and still checked him out after she was told he disrespectfully cut everyone in line.That's not right and she is wrong for letting it happen. Clean. Smells nice. Staff is friendly and the food is delicious. This is a good place to stop if you have kids or pets.
Facility is very clean bathrooms get a 3.5 out of 5 due to some plumbing issues but not the worst I've seen. Very friendly... staff! I want to recognize my cashier NONA for being very upbeat and awesome! She efficient knowledgeable and helpful. She alsogave amazing customer service and kept a smile on her face during our interaction which made my shopping experience a delight!Thank you Nona for being so awesome! Read more
The fueling area is a little congested making it hard to get in and out. I give the store itself 5 stars. Staff was friendly and... no waiting in lines. The bathrooms and showers were some of the cleanest I?ve seen at a truck stop. Read more
Good location Staff here is very nice, fun to interact with, Heather is so sweet and funny! Everyone here is friendly and... helpful, store and parking area are clean and we'll kept. Arbys is also just as good. Customers are another story, some prettyrude folks coming through this location sometimes. Read more
Most of the employees are nice. Plenty of cashiers to get you in and out. I think they have hot food Round the Clock. Store was... clean. 10/10... (Snapchat) Snapchat has made it easier for us truck drivers to communicate. My Snapchat is (klwcowboys) Theyhave snap map, we can see each other on the map, it does so much more. Had to stop for fuel. They had some good pizza and some breakfast items cooked up. The store was clean and smelled like fresh... cinnamon. The cashier was quick to accommodate my needs. And the 5th star is for the orange grit hand scrub that removes greaseand oil. I wish all truck stops had that in the restrooms. Thank you to the staff members for making this place worth 5 stars.
