I ordered the pastrami Reuben, which is my go-to sandwich at Schlotsky's. I was disappointed to find that it was made with... sourdough bread instead of the regular black rye bread. In general this is a good store, but lately about 3/4 of the time I go to the drive thru, they try to shake me down for a tip.... They hand the card machine out the window explaining how it'll ask for a tip, how to give a tip, or hit this button to not. Itjust feels rude and uncomfortable. When did tipping at a drive thru become necessary?? These people are not making waitresswages (don't even get me started on how terrible that practice is) and no one is taking care of me while I eat. Maybe paypeople a living wage instead of forcing the consumer to chip in more than the food and service is actually worth!? Read more
Cobb salad was really good, nice sized for value. Everything tasted fresh and good amount of toppings. Garlic bread was a little... stale, as well as the cinnamon rolls. Overall, still good, will be back. Read more

For us truck drivers it's hard to find a place to eat, but this store was great, making sure that we got everything we wanted,... they even let me walk thru the drive thru and gave me a phone number to call and order, stated they would bring it out to me. Thank you yall are amazing. Read more
WORST Schlotzsky's we've visited in a long time. HORRIBLE Chicken Tortilla soup! It's 99% water. For almost $5.00 we expected A... LOT more chicken. NOT VERY GOOD Brisketeer Mac & Cheese. Only had a sprinkling of brisket and it looked as if it had beensitting around the kitchen under a heat lamp all day. For $8.00 we expected more meat. The Beef and Bacon sandwich wasGREAT...but a little pricey at $8.00 for a medium sized sandwich. ONLINE ordering is a JOKE! They wouldn't even let us pick itup at the drive-thru after having to call the order in. WTH! Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would! Did an online order & when I got to the window they informed me that they ran out of one meat &... went ahead and replaced it with something else. After telling the girl that's not we wanted they re-did the sandwich. Did notget our 3 sweet tea's. Was out of our cookies. The worse part is when my husband bit into his remade sandwich there was a longbrown hair in it!! Find it funny how that 1 sandwich had a hair in it!! Read more
