Regular staff is always friendly and smiling - but never anyone in management. They are always miserable, treating the workers... under their leadership like they aren't even human beings but more like indentured slaves. That is honestly not an exaggerationat all. The short manager who works in the evening with the red shirt, she is putting the wrong things at the top of her priority list.... Help out her understaffed crew members as there was only two people in the front? No. Rage and threaten to call the police overgetting water cups and instead wanting to fill them with soda that costs virtually nothing to McDonalds? Yes.
