Regular staff is always friendly and smiling - but never anyone in management. They are always miserable, treating the workers... under their leadership like they aren't even human beings but more like indentured slaves. That is honestly not an exaggerationat all. It has been my lived experience every time I come in contact with anyone in management and I have been going to thisparticular location almost every day for about 5 years. The short manager who works in the evening with the red shirt, she is putting the wrong things at the top of her priority list.... Help out her understaffed crew members as there was only two people in the front? No. Rage and threaten to call the police overgetting water cups and instead wanting to fill them with soda that costs virtually nothing to McDonalds? Yes. I saw herresponding to her employees and customers with obvious disgust. I worked at a McDonald?s, so I know how it is. We were verypolite to her. Sad :( Read more

If I may, some brutal, constructive criticism. I was not happy...at first. Just because I was on the road traveling across... Washington State, and I was getting pretty hungry. It took me a few hours to cool down, I mean, wanted to go back and tell theemployees what's up, but in a calm, collective, manner. Only McDonald's in the state not allowing dine in lol. Ridiculous. Employees still kept scared and wearing masks in mid April... 2022. Trash food and sour employees as well, will never be back. Aside from that the place was dirty and gross, yuck Read more
Not the best McDonald's but I go here once a week, burgers are usually good, sometimes too greasy or seasoned, OCCASIONALLY...
