customer service was amazing &fast . My large family 13+ adults &their kids just had a very unexpected death happen& had to... find something that could feed everyone &the kids quick. Went to pick up 2 hot and ready pepperoni pizza was told it would be 7 mins 20 minutes later we had to go in and ask for it. As... we were waiting 20 minutes a girl I assumed an employee seeing she was going behind the counter. She was wearing short shortsshe had long stringy hair that was not even pulled up. Read more
If I could give a zero star review I would. When I was ordering no one told that they didn't have what I was ordering ready, nor... did they tell me there would be a wait. 30 minutes later there have been dozens of cars come and go while I sat in the parkinglot. Absolutely ridiculous. If you want to wait an hour on cheap pizza this is the place for you. Read more
The cheesy bread was a little cold but how do you really describe things? Pizza is pizza you get what you pay for BUT I'm a... little concerned on the 87 health score I did not go and read it I was way too hot way too tired and ready to go home my daysstart at 3:00 a.m. so by 3:00 p.m. I have a case of I just don't care but the staff appeared to be clean and well groomed andthe pizza was hot but I also know how the health department works sometimes they count off of things that are absolutelyridiculous I understand hot food needs to be hot and cold food needs to be cold but some of it it's just a bit much Read more
Little Caesars is always a convenient way to eat some grub.. It not like it used to be though, I could order 5 &6 dollar pizzas... all day long....that is definitely not the low price anymore....everything has jumped up 10 bucks...tastes the same, looks thesame, you get the same with same ingredients for way more money....You still get to be friendly with the potty after you eat anyof it...Lol....But It is still super convenient. Visited April 2, 2022 at 9 pm. Seemed more like a party for teenagers than a business. We ordered our food on the app while... headed home from work. Got there after 20 minutes and was told our food wasn't ready so pulled around front. There was a femaleemployee in the bed of a truck with a guy. She stayed out there maybe 10 minutes before returning inside. There was 2 maleemployees that had left and returned and other employees joined them in the parking lot. After 15 minutes of waiting I wentinside and finally got my food. The blonde girl that was in the truck got my cheese sticks. We left only to discover our cheesesticks were cold, like refrigerator cold, with melted butter smeared across them i guess in an attempt to warm them up. Took itback and was told they had been sitting on the table while my pizza cooked. Yeah right. All of this was taking place as theemployees ran around the store screaming, cussing and laughing while they threw stuff at each other and played. They knew theywere cold and instead of making them fresh they attempted to disguise it. I was given an order out of the warmer that was forsomeone else. We got home and found that our pizza was raw in the middle. I've never had a problem with little Caesars untilnow. I'm sure the franchise owner has no idea this is going on and the manager was either part of it or not there. I would firethe whole damn crew. Read more
