If there was a 0 star I would have giving it to this location?.. I ordered a pizza, some wings and a papa bowl at around 3pm,... the delivery was made around 4pm. Wrong pizza, so when I called the manger (Derick) he said I?m going to send you a new pizza,an hour later nothing came, my kids where hungry, I called back and Derick said; I?m waiting for door dash to pick it up?. Tomake the story short, I asked for my money since they didn?t have drivers but he wouldn?t refund me my money because my issue iswith door dash according to Derick not papa johns?.. don?t order from them and if you do use card not cash so in case you couldstop the transaction?? I?m so disappointed of Papa Johns for hiring such managers, and also they lost my business for ever afterspending at least few hundred dollars a month with them. Read more
Great location. My order is always correct and rarely do I have a wait.
On 3/13/22 ordered pizza from here and kept Tracking it. Time said it was on the way. Mind you I am only about 10 mins at the... most from this Papa Johns. Time tracking went back and forth about delivery time. It would go from 10 mins to 7 mins then 9 minsthen 5 mins then 8 mins. Well needless to say when pizza arrived it was COLD! Imagine that. Called and complained and associatetold me she would make a note and the next time we ordered pizza, they would give us the same order and it would be free. On4/10/22 we decide to get our free pizza for dinner. Called and told associate who I was and what had happened. Read my orderfrom 3/13/22 to him word for word and told him it was supposed to be free. He advised me we would get the pizza free but wewould still have to pay the delivery which came to 4.48. I said. That?s fine. We got our pizza and they were both suppose to besquare cut and the beef was not. It was regular cut. We were also suppose to get a choc chip cookie but we ended up with abrownie. I called back and asked To speak with the manager. He told me that he was the manager and that he took my order & hesaid that I did not tell him my beef pizza was suppose to be square cut. I also told him we were suppose to have gotten a cookieinstead of a brownie. He proceeded to tell me that he would have a cookie brought out here bc he did remember me Saying that itwas a cookie not a brownie. He kept Being argumentative and asked me if he brought me a cookie out here would we Be good. I saidsure but I am planning to call Corporate. I told him I wasn?t gonna keep arguing with him bc it wasn?t worth it. Of course weNEVER received a cookie at all. I reiterated to him that I would be calling corporate and he told me to go ahead bc he knew whatI said And what he heard. I told him I was and guess what, WE NEVER GOT A CHOC CHIP COOKIE. Do you like Papa Johns? Sometimes a papa johns pizza really hits the spot. After several months of not having one i decided to... order one and that choice ended up being a good one. Professional, courteous, and an awesome pizza prepared by Sierra was spoton. In fact some locations have terrible parking, but this location is super chill, not congested and perhaps one of the best inthe county. I don?t usually leave reviews, but it todays world when you?re spending more money on things, because of inflations?I?m going to... share my experience. I ordered the cheesy bread, which came over cooked and dry. My pizza came soggy, because the garlic sauceapparently exploded, AND the crust is half thin and half regular (not sure how that happens) They forgot our 2-liter. I wish there was an option to give a 0 star rating. We called in an order tonight and were advised that it would be about a 40... min. wait for delivery. No problem at all with that. A hour and 15 min. later we called back to check on the order. We weretold by Felicia (the shift manager) that they were waiting on the driver to get back to pick up some orders and that there wereabout 18 deliveries that needed to be made. My husband said, "so our food has been sitting there with 18 other deliveries"? Hetold her to just cancel the order. Her response, "you don't have to get an attitude with me because I'll block your number fromever ordering from here again" and then she hung up. We called back to the restaurant from my number and spoke with Cody whogave us the girl's name and said she was the manager on duty. We also got the store managers name (Tasha). Needless to say wewill be having a chat with Tasha tomorrow. I understand that there is a shortage of employees in the workforce right now butjust because you happen to have a job and obviously hate it does not give you a pass at displaying your horrible customerservice attitude! We love Papa John?s pizza and order here 99% of the time. Which is why I was super bummed to get this pizza home finding it over... cooked. We will certainly try again, so hope this is just a one time incident. Read more
Would give zero stars if I could. Been waiting an hour for two pizzas now, while I?m waiting, one of the delivery drivers slams... his car door into my vehicle. Wont be back to this location. Read more
