Ordered two breakfast sandwiches and two coffee?s. The sausage meat in both sandwiches was cold . The fried egg tasted like... poached but was hot . The coffees were not what we ordered. We should have know when there was no writing on the top . The lineup was massive so we drove though. I called and was told sorry that?s not like us . Come and get some free replacement. Theyare not free as we paid thinking we would be getting hot food. They seem to not care as they know that you are driving away.Told them I did not live in summerland. They said ? that?s to bad ?!! We stopped at .Tim?s drive through this morning, and ordered 2 types of breakfast sandwiches. Both had cold cheese on them, and... mine had cold cheese and cold ham on an untoasted English muffin. If I hadn?t been hungry I wouldn?t have eaten it?it was veryun-appetizing. We won?t go back here when in Summerland. Read more

Just fine, though the staff never seems to have the answer to my SIMPLE questions about their menu! ???????? I ordered the new... Chipotlé breakfast sandwich which just ok, meh, nothing to write home about, (some lettuce and tomato would have helped) thoughthe sauce was actually hot enough to burn the lips and make the nose run a bit!???? As well, my friends and I commiserated withanother customer about the lack of network reception there. Apparently, virtually none, takes forever to get a signal! Weird. Read more
Here I write this review to remind myself not to go back, since last year -- purchased large coffee at different times and... coffee tasted as if they pour 3/4 water into 1/4 fresh coffee. So I never went back until yesterday... at 4pm there hardlyany donuts in stock so we asked if or when they would put any more donuts in. Well, as if they couldn't speak properly or inprofessional manner!! they responded was in "huh" "huh" "huh". Terribly disappointed as Tim Hortons used to be my fav coffeeshop. Now not anymore....... The service is pretty quick and the food is always good...when they have it. They seem to be out of something about every 3rd or... 4th time I go through(especially hashbrowns). The drivethru is tight getting a truck through. Read more
Lots of friendly staff focused on the drive-thru and not much concern for counter service.
