Closed on Saturday despite apparently only being closed Sunday and Monday and no notice on their social media to prevent people... from wasting their time and gas driving there. Looks like this restaurant is on the way out. Super disrespectful to customers. Read more
I am torn. We used to love this place but after our recent visit I don't know if we will be back. We went for my kids birthday... and my entire order was forgotten. My wife and kid got their food and I never received mine. We waited for a long time and afterawhile we got up to leave and pay the bill. When I was paying I mentioned my food was forgotten. They showed me the receipt andmy food wasn't even on it. They apologized and gave me 10% off the food we received but I am annoyed because IF SOMEONE CAME TOTHE TABLE TO CHECK ON US OR SEE HOW THE FIRST BITES WERE then they would have realized they messed up. So yeah I am prettyannoyed and we will not be going back any more even though it was our favorite sushi restaurant on the island. This experiencewas ridiculous and left a bad taste in my mouth. We drove all the way to Summerside spending more than 30 minutes on the road. we got to arigato before 8 and they told us they... already closed when the sign on the door says 9pm. We are ready upset and this is not how you run a business Read more
