I've received raw food there on several occasions, service is very slow, I've had to repeatedly my self 4-5 times before they... would understand my order. The person taking the order was very disorganized, involved with other people and not payingattention to our order. Last time we have ever gone here we got so frustrated trying to just order food we had to leave. It'sgotten to the point I drive to Chtown now when I want burger King and that's an hour both ways. My family and I always enjoy going her for a meal. The food is always delicious and made fresh to order. The staff is always... polite and always greet you with a smile. They take pride in their job, which is a rarity in fast food. I do wish they had adrive through though. It is a inconvenience sometimes to have to go into the Walmart when you are just getting a meal. But myfamily and I will continue be customers even for that one short fall. Read more
Customer service needs big improvement! I've been there twice since it opened and both times after waiting approx 25 min my... order was soggy and stone cold. The staff seem more concerned with there conversations between each other than preparing food ina timely manor. I don't mind waiting for an order as long as it is hot and fresh when I receive it! If you're a fan of coldsoggy burgers and poor service this may be the spot for you, but not for me. I will never go back! Read more
As stated by others service is terrible, dont come unless you have a long time to wait. Food is regularly Luke warm at best.... Staff can barely speak English, had to repeat my order 4 times so the girl could type it in, and after all that they screwed upmy order and made me pay an extra fee because she forgot to type in fries. Messed up orders, stale food because it takes them so long to finish the orders that by the time you get it it's old. Slow... moving staff, no concern for getting anything done in a timely manner. Charlottetown BK and the old downtown BK from 10 yearsago look like high class service compared to this....clean this mess up. Read more
Severely understaffed....not prepped to start the day. Absolutely no sense of urgency in here. People unpacking boxes instead of... on the line. I placed my order at 12:09pm and have watched 3 orders be filled in 22 min. Although they have only been open for 2weeks the staff here is not equipped for a store opening. As a general manager of a fast fresh restaurant I'm appalled at theslowness of this place. This location is hit or miss with their level of service. I ordered the king meal deal with chicken sandwiches and they didn?t... have any lettuce. Who wants to eat a chicken sandwich with no lettuce? I asked for pickles instead and they upcharged me $0.50.The drink that came with my combo was too sweet as well (really syrupy). I asked for a different drink and they gave me a hardtime about it. Skip this location and spend your money elsewhere. Read more
