We read the reviews so decided to try it, the food was mediocre at best, the burgers were pre-cooked barely warm in the... middle and burnt on the outside, canned mushrooms on the burger, the loaded fries had warmed over meat the was probably cookedfrozen then thawed and reheated so it was burnt. The batter didn't stay on the fish, so frozen and not dried and lastly thereis no such thing as fresh frozen fries they are either fresh OR frozen. We wished we saved our$100 and went to MacDonalds, itwould have seemed like a 5 star restaurant! Read more
2pc fish and chips was the best fish and chips I have had in a looonnngggg time. Absolutely crushed the batter consistency and... the fish was cooked perfectly. Wife got the loaded fries and rated it a solid 10/10 and demolished them with glee. Son got acheeseburger and fries and gave it a thumbs up, daughter got the chicken fingers and fries and loved it as well. I was givenenough french fries to feed a family of 8 in 4 meals, that was a bonus as the fries were also delicious. Also staff noticedright away I was from the island but my family was "from away"! So kudos to that as my wife got a kick out of it. Should havetaken pics of the food before we ate, but I was starving! Good luck finding those large take away bags! Read more
Fries are good. Fish was good but not great. 6/10. Services was fairly quick for a chip truck.
Da Mama burger was good, as were their fries. Poutine was a good portion for the price and not an oversalted gravy like most... places. Good spot for a quick bite if your looking for chip truck style eats. Read more
Burgers are homemade and delicious but by far the loaded fries are the way to go! Had to share it was so big

Got medium fries with the works and a scallop burger. Upon opening the to go box we were greeted with a heavenly scene of fries... covered with gravy, peas, onions and a good portion of hamburger. The scallop burger was not really a burger, but dont let thatdeter you. The scallops were breaded to perfection and cooked just the same. I had the sausage and fries and both were delicious and fresh. Lots of condiment options for the sausage too
