Best small-batch ice cream, waffle cones and bowls, and made-in-house bagged Chocolate English Toffee! We bought a bag after... tasting it in an ice cream flavour intending to bring it home but ended up eating every scrumptious piece during our stay inSummerside. We also recommend ordering The Sampler in order to taste more ice cream flavours. And my favorites? The chocolate(made with dark chocolate) and pistachio (made with finely chopped nuts and no artificial green coloring): magnificent! And sucha beautiful and historic building and location to boot! The building is historic and the grounds are beautifully landscaped with seating to enjoy your ice cream. We had scoop of... Salted Caramel & scoop of Honey Comb Crunch in waffle cone ($5) and scoop of Mango Raspberry sorbet in a cup ($3.50.) This was a fantastic discovery in Summerside, PEI! A friend had heard about this place so we stopped in on our way to our... accommodation in Cavendish. Sooooo many yummy ice cream choices... and unique sundaes and more too. We enjoyed our ice creams inthe park-like gardens before continuing on our way. Read more

Have lived on PEI for years, married to an Islander. Today we were in Summerside doing errands when I craved an old-fashioned NY... ice cream soda. Holman?s came up in my search. Amazing flavors. They offer root beer floats, but not US-style ice creamsodas. No worries! I got a turtle sundae, with caramel sauce, hot fudge and salted caramel ice cream!!! Wow!!! Charminghistoric building.
