Of 4 items ordered 0 where correct. May be due to early hour (late night) but curious how you mix up coffee with tea. Order the... morning before wasn't correct either, coffee ok, but not the breakfast sandwich (given a vegetarian instead of meat). Same genteach time but we was polite at least. Read more

terrible!!! not sure when a full cup of coffee means its full when it's only 2/3rds full. never a fan of reads corner Tim's.

I'm just gonna say: leave it to Tim Hortons to completely screw up cold brew coffee. God, that was disgusting! Arabica beans are... apparently capable of making ANYTHING UNdrinkable. Read more
Coffees usually too hot and too weak. The inside is crowded. Went through the drive thru, took awhile to get our coffee. The... person working stopped halfway through making our coffee to do something else for a minute then came back to it. Her face shieldwas half lifted and with us being lower than the drivethru, she was literally just breathing into the car window. Thenimmediately touched her face with her bare hands and then placed both hands onto the lid of my coffee. In what world, pre-covidor not, is that a thing to do?! She immediately washed her hands well, and made a new coffee, which was subpar. I didn't drinkit and just got one at McD's when I got to Charlottetown. Read more
Honestly worst experience I ever had. Placed a mobile order this morning at 4am. There's no breakfast sandwich so I ask for a... refund. The guy doesn't know how to give a refund and the manager won't be in until 5am. So I ask if I can get it at anotherlocation. I drive across town to get there and they also don't have a breakfast sandwich. I ask for a refund and they will notrefund me. I have to go through the app to get a refund. I ended up going to McDonalds. Thanks for wasting my time! Read more
