I know the price of everything has gone up but I spent $50 at 2 different KFC stores in a 3 day time for what was less than half... that a year ago (Maybe longer). The store in Summersville was pretty good & I didn't feel like I wasted so much cash. The one inElkview was not nearly as good. The grease needed to be cleaned and all the chicken was greasy & tasted way too salty. Ihonestly try to find the good but the store in Elkview (WV) is a newer store. There's no reason for it to smell horrible fromoverused grease in the fryers. The side dishes weren't even as good. Some company so it may be managed differently but I won'tgo to that one again. I'll have to drive further to go to the one in Summersville (WV). I will say in both stores the staff arevery friendly. I just don't understand why there is such a vast difference between the two. Slow, slow service. The food itself was good but it took 30 minutes from the time we walked in until we got our food
Took over 20 minutes for a small $15 order and was treated poorly by the employees to boot. Inside of the restaurant is torn... apart. Soda machine out of order. Avoid this kfc location! Read more
Nasty dirty store, couldn't empty trash into cans because they were stuffed full, dirty tables had to clean our own table so we... could sit to eat, dirty floor, booths were wore out and uncomfortable and we found hair in our food. Read more
