FANTASTIC. We travel a lot and we have to say this was the BEST McDonald's we have ever been in. The dining area was clean and... trash emptied. The employees were pleasant and didn't have attitudes. DONT GO HERE! I would give no stars if I could!!! I stopped in McDonald?s on 10-21-2022 at 7:10pm for a large drink. I got my... cup of coke and it was flat. I tried Dr Pepper it was gross also. I asked the manager if she can get me one from be-hide thecounter and she said well the worker said it?s fine I said ok but it?s not to me it?s flat. So I asked again if she can get me acoke behind the counter and she had an attitude but went and got my coke. Still gross so I asked for a refund and the managerrefused to give me my money back. She said I?m not giving you your money back I?m not doing it I don?t have to. She kept walkingaway from me as I tried to talk to her. So I said ok I can?t have a refund give me something that?s the same price. She refusedthat as well saying no I don?t have to like a child. I said u can even pick the item I just want something same amount I spentand still refused. Told me call the law. Like this is so unprofessional. It been different if I drunk the whole drink then askedfor a refund but I didn?t. I didn?t even leave the restaurant. She kept walking around making a face at me saying you can leavenow in front of customers. She called me a B**** Like what kind of manager is this? Prices are always good. Food is always hot. If something is wrong they fix and apologize. They are under construction again and... are short of stuffing. So please be patient. So if you want McDonald's might be wise to leave earlier to get in line earlierthen normal. Lobby is shut down until everything is done. Even after that if they don't have enough of people the Lobby will beclosed for that time being that day. Be nice they work hard and try there best to get you threw the line as fast as they can. Sign on the door says dinning area opens at 8am. Lies. Lobby is closed permanently and instead of enjoying your breakfast you... will get a huge drive thru line. Read more
I've given this location more than 4 times to correct this BUT they want to be shady. Fries after normal time were FRIED AGAIN!... So hard I thoughtt teeth were going to crack. My nuggets were nice the fries SUCKED! Read more
Normally pretty decent but was a tad dry and drinks weren't correct but it is fast food what do ya expect. Still pretty good.... May of just been off their game this day lol still will eat there though no hate Read more
Not really having a dollar menu anymore "Yes I'm Cheap"???? has made me go else where more then once. But the foods still good... and the employees are always nice or at least they've always been nice to me. Iv never had a bad experience there.
