The only reason I eat here is cause the girls in the drive thru particularly one Sarah Holcomb she always has kind words is very... polite courteous and absolutely 100% professional and she always makes sure our orders are absolutely correct every time. ifthere was more just like her at some of these other fast food establishments they would make more business. Terrible service. If I could give negative stars I would. 7pm, Ordered ahead of time online. Drove to Summerville. Lights were... on employees were inside, doors locked. Drive thru and no reply. Pulled up to window and employee said they are closed becausemanager felt there wasn't enough staff (saw multiple people inside). Asked to speak to manager. Manager said they are closed andnever received our order anyway. Showed him in my phone that the order was completed in app for this location, and was paid infull. He said they didn't receive it and couldn't help me. Showed him my bank account app showing that $35 for Wendy's hadalready been deducted and it was for this specific Wendy's. Said sorry we didn't get the order and can't help me. Shut drivethru window and walked away. Worst fast food service ever. Terrible. Read more
Umm really shocked that the person handing us our food at the drive thru was holding an infant behind the counter. This should... be investigated for child engagement. There are so many dangers being exposed to that child. Wendy?s do better. Read more
Ordered the the new hot honey chicken sandwich and a loaded baked potato and jr. Frosty. The battered pickles for the sandwich... were just batter crumbs. The potato was dry and tasteless. Had to go back thru drive to ask for the butter and sour cream forthe potato. And the frosty was half melted. Read more
We used to stop here often on our way through town. I am not sure what has happened but all of us were a little disappointed... with our experience. Did not seem like the usual Wendy's quality. Read more
Went through the drive thru around 8, took quite a while for our order to be taken then we pull up to the window and pay. They... hand out the food and I notice I'm missing a drink so it took a minute for them to give me that and I pulled away. Checked mybags when I parked and noticed I was missing a sandwich as well, pulled back around and waited another 30 minutes to get back tothe window because they locked the doors early even though it was still open, or I would have just went inside. Finally got tothe window, asked for my sandwich and once again left because it was already 9pm and other food was getting cold. Gave myhusband his sandwich and low and behold it was the wrong sandwich. Shouldn't have to pay that much money for this bad ofservice. Read more
This was the fresh one !! The first one was taken back and asked for something that wasn't cooked 5 hours before !! So they... brought this and it was supposed to be a improvement ???? My Dave's burger was mushy and absolutely horrible. Couldn't eat it. The Southwestern Salad my wife had was not fresh and the... tomatoes were mushy. Just terrible. French fries were ok. Never going to another Wendy's after this experience. Read more
