I've been coming here for years. Only order 2 things only. One of my favorites is the chicken wonton Tacos. Portions are smaller... and prices are higher. Doesn't make sense. My friends who I have told about Applebee's. Stop going. They just don't care abouttheir loyal customers. One on rivers shut down. The one on old trolley needs to be shut down as well Read more
We love Applebee's! Miss the closed location on Ashley Phosphate Rd. It was convenient. This visit we enjoyed our Veteran... Meal! Thanks...we both are vets. Order my food online. Said it would be ready by 4:37. Food wasn?t ready until 5:08. They forgot the frys that came with one of... the meals. Had to wait another 6 min for those. Got home our food was room temperature and soggy. Asked for the sauce onboneless wings to be on the side. It wasn?t. My chicken quesadilla only had 4 tiny pieces of chicken on it. Well I arrived around 9:25pm to order food to go, so I sat at the bar but was told to order at the curbside for to go orders. So... I got up and went over to order food but was told by the lightskin lady with the braids that the kitchen is closed and it wasonly 10:30pm. I asked how is it closed and it's not even 11pm. The website said 11pm! She couldn't really give me anexplanation. I did ordered a bud light bottle before i went over to the curbside to order food. The bartender with the baldhead was cool, he was going to put my order in anyways but I told him no, by that time I was a little frustrated with herbecause she lied. The bartender pop the bud light bottle but I didn't want it again but I did pay for it and left it at the bar. Hopefully he drank it or gave it away. I didn't touch it at all.. I hope they can get someone at Applebee's who understandstheir policy. It's definitely not her.. i went to CAROLINA ALE HOUSE and ordered some food to go. I'm very much satisfied. Read more
The food was great but the service not to much. Our waitress wasn't all that attentive. She really didn't have many tables to... attend to. We actually had another worker to go find our waitress,so we could order dessert. Well lm glad the food was good. Read more
We arrived at approximately 9:30pm was told there was a 30 minute wait with no explanation. There were at least 10 tables... available and 10 booths available. I asked why and was told short staff. However when we finally got seated our waiter was goodand friendly unlike the hostess and the food was good. Read more
Don't waste time or money. The wait was ridiculous then when our food finally came out it was cold. One of the plates were a... steak which came out completely raw cold center to touch and the manager was very unapologetic and came to the table and saidwho's steak am I bumping up. We order from here every now and then, however we will NOT order from them again. We ordered online, they were out of some food... items (shrimp) and instead of letting us know so we could substitute it out or pick a different meal they just went aheadcharged us full price and never told us. We didn't realize it until we got home with our take out! When I called they said "ohyeah, we are out of shrimp... if u want to come by tomorrow you can pick some up" Summerville has tons of other restaurants,choose one of them... Read more
