Foods sloppy, barely warm, and not made with extra red ranch like I asked. Moz sticks were good and hot. Cold fries.
Service was good, but food tasted like it had been sitting, I only ate one of my Buffalo sliders because the meat was so tough.
I went to Arby's on Main St in Summerville,Stoday. It was the worst experience in my life in any Fast Food Restaurant.First they... were out of Roast Beef .so I waited unpaitenly for about 45 min. Then I asked for a ham instead of Roast Beef Guess what theywere out .The Serv was was like the bottom of a toilet,slow and Dirty.I will never step foot in that Arby's again.Dont wasteyour time with them. Took the family there for a meal one evening and got the gyro, roast beef and a kids meal and it took 35 minutes to get our food... which was okay but the fries on the kids meal were cold while the others were fine. Overall, it was a good experience and mydaughter didn't mind the cold fries so not the end of the world. But I know a lot of people might have issues with that. Theyalso forgot to give us the juice box. Luckily we had dined in and I just went back up to the counter in. Had them give it to mebut if it would have been the drive-thru we might have had a different situation. Read more
Love the food. People are usually nice. I just don't get why it take almost 30 min to get from ordering to the window in... drive-thru. I also wish they were open a bit later for 2nd shift workers. Read more
4 1/2 stars. The staff at this locating are ALWAYS friendly and accommodating. The food is always as expected. The reason... for minus 1/2 star is due to the prices. I try to use coupons when we come here or we'll get the 4 for 10 and save some forlater. But the regular price and the discounted price are SO far off for a regular roast beef sandwich and other items thatit's usually twice the price or more. That's seems extreme. Hence the reason I usually use coupons. At least the dining roomis open now. Many times we have had to order at the drive thru and eat in our car. Ps. Need more mocha in the jamocha shake. I'd be willing to pay a little more for a real coffee flavor compared to the vanilla. I've been told the mixing regulator isoften not calibrated correctly. PUT MORE MOCHA IN THE MIX. Or charge me another 25ç to add some extra flavoring. Keep abottle close just for me. Read more
Food was okay. Kind of bland. They assume that if you point to a sandwich that you want two of them. Communication error , but... that's okay. They were kind of slow and don't know anything about change. It's boring going to Arby's these days. The food isincredibly plain. I pulled up in drive through and ordered 2 of their new burgers and a Jomoca shake. The attendant was very nice but when I got... home instead of two burgers I had two Gyros and the Jamoca Shake was a cinnamon shake. The Gyros were cold too. Verydisappointed. Read more
