Went to the drive through to order. When I pulled up to the window you could here the manager say that?s a 9 minute car hurry up... and let her go. I order a medium and a medium chocolate shake. However instead of giving me what I asked for I was told to takethe whale and was giving a small chocolate shake. I was very upset because instead of correcting my order I was just givenanything because a timer. Apparently the timer is more important than satisfaction. I later get home to find out my chickensandwich had 2 nuggets rather than a whole piece of chicken. As well as the Turkey/Bacon wrap not having any bacon on it at all.This was very disappointing. I hate it when company?s just take your hard earn money but don?t care about the service they putout. Read more
What the heck Arby's? I ordered a crispy chicken salad. I received a side salad with old chicken that is too hard to eat.
Have never had to wait too long and my food order has always been correct. This Arby's has never disappointed me in all the... years I've been frequenting there But the main reason I'm here today is to sing about Arby's new fish sandwich. I ordered theSPICY DELUXE on the HAWAIIAN bread roll. And ARE YOU SURE THIS IS FAST FOOD??!!!! This sandwich so incredibly good- better thanANY fish sandwich I've ever had in ANY kind of restaurant- including all the ritzy, top dollar ones I've frequented. Arby's is good but not for the price they have it at. $9 for a meal is a ridiculous and that was for a small. Only good thing... is the $1 kids meal. I will say the workers were really nice which is why this is a 4 star review and not a 3 Read more
