The are always understaffed which is not their fault but the food it ALWAYS perfect. I have no problem waiting if that mean's... I'm getting what I asked for. All of the staff is very friendly and even when I do have to wait my food is still hot when I getit. The best burger king I've ever been to. Read more

The drive thru server was kind enough to inform me that they only had water serve for drinks prior to me placing my order. Then... after I paid for the meal he compensated me with mozzarella sticks in replace of the coke and sweet tea I really wanted. So thatwas nice of him. The downside of it all was that everything was cold, the whoppers, the fries, the mozzarella sticks, and yesthe marinara sauce was straight out of the fridge cold. Read more

I waited 35 minutes in the drive thru. The car ahead of me at at the menu to order for 15 minutes no movement. When I got my... food there was 1 tomato on the big whopper and barely any lettuce. Whoever owns this facility needs to come manage theirinterest it?s falling apart. I went back again and my food was cold, sandwich was soggy and there was hair in my sandwich. Donot eat here. I was just informed by the manager of this location that Burger King does not offer large drinks for breakfast. Apparently this... has *always* been a rule that EVERY Burger King has failed to abide by. I really hope the owner of this location reaches out tome, because you've lost a family of lifetime customers for this location because of this. Read more

Ok I stopped here for lunch mind you this is not my first time at this restaurant. First I ask for no mayo they were nice enough... to fix it then I get to my car to see that it was not even the sandwich I ordered the meat was not fully cooked, the bacon wasburnt, and the fries were even more soggier than they were the first time and I asked for them to be cool crispier.. Sad andreally love BK of course I had to go to McDonald's. You guys have to do better that is how people can get sick. Read more

I arrived at this location at 7:05pm. I finally made it to the speak to order at 7:14pm. I followed the directions providing the... coupons prior to ordering. In the middle of ordering I was cut off informing me to drive to the second window. I informed theyoung lady I was not finished ordering. She still told me to pull forward. I finally got to the window at 7:30. The cashier gaveme my total and again I informed her that I was not finished ordering. I started giving her the coupon for the next order andshe kept saying it was rejecting. I gave her the coupon. She informed me it was expired okay cool. They wasted about 30 min ofmy time. They could wait until my son gave me the code off current coupons. I provided the code for the coupon which expired8/29/2022. The cashier tells me the code does now work. How does the code not work? At this point I?m frustrated paid for thenext order without coupon being applied. Food cold, drinks flat, no survey code on receipt to rate experience. They need toclose down absolutely ridiculous. I left there at 7:45pm. 40 min of nonsense and still have to get more food. Read more
