I ordered what I usually order which is the three piece fish with the green beans and fries and I added fried shrimp? Everything... was cold from the time I got from the drive thru to the drive-through window the shrimp were extra hard and crispy and calledplus the fish were cold and soggy and the green beans were iced cold? I work in food and beverage also and I would always doublecheck anyone?s food to make sure it is decent or satisfactory before the person receives the order? But the guy at thedrive-through window only seemed interested in his cell phone and making sure he got the money from me? Not even a Helllo orthank you very much! Meh. Kinda disappointed. Was hit by the seafood/fish craving late or else I would have went somewhere else. 1: the line was... ungodly slow. I was waiting to watch one of the workers come from outside with fish they just went and caught. No luck, justsuper slow. 2: Person in front of me got tired of waiting and through a wrench into everything. Got to window and they gave methat order.... I explained what happened and they looked at me like deer in head lights. Finally got everything situated(Ithought), got home and order was wrong. ???? Sorry Captain, it won't be happenin again. (You wonder why) I haven?t looked at... the food when I pulled off because I would?ve at least thought the hush puppies were soft. No. I didn?t check the food because Ithought it was alright. So went home turns out to find the meal doesn?t look good at all and was very nasty. Well the hushpuppies like I said, were very hard. Not soft as usual what?s going on? This is a very busy location, especially during the Easter/Lent season. The service is pretty slow, it took about 20 minutes to... get our food waiting inside. We went on a Friday after 7:00 pm. The employees were okay, the guy that took our order seemed likehe hated being there, his attitude was not the best. But the ladies that brought us our food were nicer with better customerservice. The food was good, it tasted like it had good quality, you don't get a drink with your meal so you have to order thatseparate. The dining area is an average size. If you're looking for a quick bite don't come during the usual busy time becauseit won't be quick. Read more
