I?m currently in the drive through and have been here for a while. I sat in front of the speaker to place my order for several... minutes with no response. I said ?hello? to gather someone?s attention. She grudgingly said one minute. Of course that oneminute turned into ten minutes. This is ridiculous. Cars are wrapped around the building. Apparently they?re short staffed. Anew business model needs to be created because people aren?t coming back into traditional jobs to work. This is annoying andunnecessary. Read more
Place to grab a bite to eat. Sometimes they are quick and most other times not! They have switched management a few times...all... I can offer is to make sure you check your food before leaving if you do not stay close to one. Read more
We are throughly disappointed ???? My husband is backing out the parking lot as I write this review. We ordered a #3 & #1 combo... with a side order of 5 wings which came to$30 and I just knew I was going to have some delicious food because we were hungry!!Had been driving a while...well we were sadly ???? mistaken. The burgers were small and overcooked soybeans. The fried was saltyand hard! Now I am not one to take out the time to complain about food but I could not leave this untold. I'm not trying tospread hate for but try to look at it as encouragement to " Step it up a notch!" I got faith in you!! . Read more
We love checkers food? my wife made an online order for pick up and they charged the fee for online ordering, I get to the... window that says pick up and an employee just pointed me to drive through because they are short on staff, I totally get it buttell me why you are going to charge an online fee when you got a sing on window pick up that says short on staff but On thewebsite doesn?t say that, that?s a scam. My wife and my and kids have been waiting for their food almost two hours sinceordering, how is that fast ?? But you charged online fee ? I wouldn't have given it one star if there was a half a star. I love Checkers I have the app on my phone we stopped by to get... our free fry I stood at the window and waited and waited. Then the lady came and asked me if I was picking up an order that'sjust know I want to order one she was really rude and said we only got four people in here drive through only and there was like10 cars in line. This is what you call Buffalo wings for over $7? Absolutely horrible. The checker burger and chili dog was awful. No taste at... all. Milkshake and ice cream were not available as well. I wish I could get my money back; that?s how bad it was. Read more
Whenever I?m in city that I know has a Checkers, I can?t help but to stop by and get a chilli cheese dog and some good old... checkers fries. I got a great deal by using the app which gave me half off my entire order. Only complaint is that my hamburgerhad a very hard bun. Read more
