Delicious chicken salad sandwiches! My favorites are Fancy Nancy and Fruity Fran -- both are terrific on croissant or wheat... bread. The chicken salad mixed with the wonderful sweet flavors and textures of apples & grapes (and even pineapple on theFruity Fran) are so tasty. The Fancy Nancy also has chopped pecans in it.
