Where do I even begin... I was excited to go grab some wings at a local establishment and try somewhere new in hopes to find a... hidden gem in the area, but alas I was disappointed. The young lady at the front counter seemed unfriendly at first but thendid show some warmth and was cordial after we ordered. The kitchen had sauce splattered on the ceiling, dust and dirt on thewalls and there was dust and grease on the memoribilia cases that hung on the walls in the dining area. The food we ordered wasnot the same price on the menu as on thr check and there was a 3% credit card charge added to my check even though I paid withcash. I also noticed that the sales tax was set at 11%! Dorchester county tax is lised on google as 7%, so theres another 4% taxbeing added . I don't think thats legal. After all the math, I was overcharged $4.50. When my fish and shrimp taco came out itwas buried under a ton of cheese and lettuce and the fish was shredded all weird and there was evidence of approximately 1.5shrimp in the 2 tacos. About 15 minutes later my wife's food was brought out. She ordered wings and cauliflower. Thecauliflower was greasy and tasted like burnt fryer oil. The wings were mediocre as well as the sauces. The two men that werecooking on the line looked like they had given up long ago and were just going through the motions. Also I would suggest sincethe majority of your business is to go , that you stock the single portion wine bottles because mine tasted old and sour. I was exited to get some fried shrimp and we found this place. Unfortunately highly disappointed and was the worst 72$ I spent.... The shrimp looked to be frozen out of a bag shrimp , borderline medium if that and over fried. The burger with crab cakesurprise was without words the worst. The burger color was suspect and the crab cake was mushy and had a weird consistency.There was another meal a shrimp po boy..which was po as heck, had maybe 6 frozen shrimp that we?re cut up to create an illusionof fullness. The fries were hallow and onion rings fried out their breading. Being so close to the water where fresh shrimp andcrab is available adds to the greater disappointment. This place has the potential to shine but instead gets a 1star cause Ican?t grade it lower. Read more
Took my son who has never had anything from here. He ordered the shrimp quesadilla, I ordered the spicy lemon pepper wings with... onion rings and we both got the fried cheesecake. Was feeling like some chicken and waffles so decided to give this place a try. The waffle had notes of cinnamon browsugar and... was amazing. Also tried the Jamaican jerk fried pickles as a starters and it's a hit in my book. The place was a little busy butwait times weren't too long. We'll be back. Read more
I was very disappointed today. They advertised 3.00 Taco Tuesday, but when I went to order I was told by the "acting" Manager... the price was wrong on the board and that was not the correct price. When asked can she give the advertised price she said NOand that she only work there. The straw that broke the camel's back was when I ordered water, I was charged 1.08 for a cup ofwater. So I did not eat at this establishment. They missed money from 2 customers today. Read more
So after craving wings and wanting takeout nearby, we came across chill n grill. Read reviews, place looked clean, so we thought... we?d try it out. Little did we know these wings are crazy good. My husband and I also split the salad and I wanted the sweetpotato fries which were very, very good. Very ???? This is the first review I think I?ve ever written except for one of myfriends that wanted me to write a review for her work. But I am sincerely taking the time to write this review because you haveto go get some wings or maybe some other food from this place. I?m not playing go get it. Now. Okay so I didn't get photos last time (this is from my first trip to Chill and grill because I was drinking home a shoveling the... food into my face so I didn't have and free hands lmfao but omg they are ON POINT!DAMN GOOD FOOD AND NICE PEOPLE. Best wings I have EVER had. I?ve been here twice and it?s been good both times. After biting into each wing I felt like the cook... prayed over their hands to be gifted to bless me with a small taste of Heaven. All facts. Can?t wait to try other food on themenu. I highly recommend!! Read more
