Worst service from the girl working the window. Refused to speak. Actually thought she might be a mute....Ordered 2 sides of... onion rings for $6. One side had 4 large rings. I absolutely love cookout it's my like 1:00 a.m. Go to place. Me and my son always go and get milkshakes and they have this... blueberry cheesecake milkshake that is stupid good and my son absolutely loves peanut butter so he gets this chocolate peanutbutter something else in it shake and he loves it. I must say I never saw that coming. Today after having a hunger craving for a hamburger and not wanting to spend time waiting in... lines that seldomly moved, so Cookout got the vote. Maybe I should have waited for a 2nd to the vote because the visit wasanything but pleasurable. The line was short, truly short but my car proceeded forward. That is when it happened. I placed myorder for a big double burger with only ketchup, cheese, and pickles along with my sides of hush puppies, Cajun fries, with aDr. Pepper then the total came almost $10 for one plate. The menu states the try cost is $6.99 so when I got to the window Iasked if there prices when up to which she said everything you wanted is extra. This has never happened to me before and evenafter I told the cashier I did not ask for bacon, she called it in to the back to say hold all of that but yet the bill nevergot adjusted. This seems out of character for this establishment to nickel and dime their faith customers. If that was notdisappointing enough the fries were ice cold also. I ate 4-5 fries before throwing it all out. However, ending on a positivenote the hush puppies were nice and hot. Read more
All their shakes are excellent double drive-thru so you don't have to wait long either and their prices are good. Everything is... getting more expensive these days. Their prices are competitive with a fast food place but the food is better than other fastfood places in my opinion. Read more
We visit cookout quite frequently however we were sorely disappointed on our last visit. We ordered 3 trays. I asked for my... son's tray to have a chicken wrap with no ranch and no cheese..it had ranch on it. My sister and my chicken wraps had nolettuce. The biggest problem however was the amount of chicken on our chicken wraps for all three trays. There barely was any!My sister's Sprite was only carbonation. Very disappointed. Read more
I normally love Cook Out, but this place does not know how to hire or train good people. First time I came, we were waiting in... the drive through for 30 minutes or more with no apologies or warning about the wait. This last time I went, they had me waitingin the drivethrough for 5 minutes with nobody else in the lines, then a car comes up in the second line and they take his orderimmediately. I told them that they had skipped me and they didn't acknowledge me at all. They were also out of both ranch andhoney mustard?? Seems like a small thing but I felt like they were lying to me just to get rid of me. Never coming back to thislocation again. I work in customer service! It's not that hard! Read more
