Wow. Words can hardly describe what poor customer service this store has. Online Order was incorrect. Called the store and had... them send a replacement pizza. Followed up 1 hour later and was told pizza is on the way. Called and talked to the manageranother hour later and was told the pizza was never made. This place needs a negative rating !!! I spent, in total, over 30 minutes trying to get someone on the phone after my pizza was... delivered. Nothing. Nobody answered. My pizza came in 2 seperate medium boxes, I ordered a large, I wanted it given to meproperly, worthy of the $38 I just spent. Then, it had no sauce, either side. Seriously !!!!! You are horrible !!! It seems like this location has gone downhill. We have been ordering from this location for nearly 20 years and we used to love... it! It is very difficult to get anyone to answer the phone to place an order and my address does not show up for onlineordering. I often have to sit on hold for several (up to 30) minutes waiting for someone to answer. The quality of the food hasbeen subpar at times. I really hope that things improve because if I was reviewing this location's current status I would onlygive 2 stars. Read more
Did car pick up. Pulled up and turned on hazard lights. Rolled window down. App said two minutes. Never got my pizza. Timer... stopped claiming pizza had been ?delivered?. It?s not much of a two minute guarantee if you put delivered when the pizza isstill on the shelf. After six minutes I went inside to get it. Employees were incredibly rude and claimed they ?couldn?t see? mycar- again parked right outside with hazard lights on. JUST cancel the online order so I can get my money back!!!! It?s been over an hr. Called twice. No answer?Idk if Ima get my... order or not so I had to order Taco Bell on Ubereats as a back up plan if they decided to not deliver the pizza. They havecanceled the order before right when they get close after ordering hrs ago? to close leaving me with no options and starving forthe rest of the night. It?s so shady man. Pizza is not very good. Pizza is too greasy, the cheese dip looks disgusting and greasy? chicken wings also isn?t very good.... Waste of $57 feeding my family. I will never order from domino?s again. Can you really be proud of serving this to me Dominoes? The noodles were hard and crusty. I think I counted 3 pieces of chicken.... Barely any sauce. And it looked like a half serving. And it took about 2 and half (plus) hours to get it delivered. Not cool. Read more
I always get a medium with extra cheese and sauce extra onion and mushrooms and Buffalo chicken bites with extra ranch on the... side- they food is always hot when it arrives, accurate and taste delicious and Landon has been delivering the last threepizzas/ pleasant and fast!
