This place is horrible. The kitchen/prep area is absolutely disgusting. They are always out of so many things. How do you run... out of donuts?! It?s a freaking donut shop! This location use to be pretty good. The white woman that use to manage the placedid the best she could with the limited staff. This is the worst Dunkin. We have been several times and never received a correct order. I have given them so many chances and... benefit of the doubt. I ordered one pump of syrup and I could not take more than one sip. I think they filled the cup withsyrup. It was all over the lid and sides of the cup. I threw it away. Ordered online but doors are closed so had to wait 25 minutes in drive through & coffee was nearly cold. Plus, coffee was only... 3/4 filled, leaking and no whipped cream. Staff was unfriendly to boot. I do not recommend this location. Save your money andtime. Read more
Twice in the morning, we have ordered Pumpkin Spice frozen drinks. Both times, the coffee in the drink tastes burnt and it is... watery. We gave feedback at the drivethru window but the worker just seemed overwhelmed. $6 is a lot to pay for something thatyou cant drink. Read more
Went on a busy Saturday morning and they were slammed! Lola was running her team amazingly and was incredibly kind and patient... with the staff and customers. She is fantastic and handled the situation with grace. Just know, when you go, they are working ashard as they can! Read more
Total disappointment. Look at this sad bagel. Ordered a plain bagel, lightly toasted, with butter. Got a burnt bagel, with the... largest center hole of any bagel I?ve ever seen. It was like a bagel chip. Extremely stale and just?look at it. Went straight inthe trash, completely inedible. Read more
