I won?t be ordering anything else from here ever again. Placed an online order to have it ready by the time I got there.That was... at 6:39 am got there at 6:44 am and on the screen it showed that my order was ready. I kept looking for my order and it wasnowhere in sight. The person who asked how he could help kept looking for my order. He kept saying it was coming needless tosay. I had to leave without my order because it had already made me late for work. It is not the first time. Last time I had togo back and get my order after I was done working. Second time I?ve came to this Dunkin and the food has been cold like it just came out of the walk-in freezer. My latte was half... way filled and tasted nothing like it?s suppose to. Top it off the cup was leaking everywhere and covered in sticky stuff. Ifigured maybe the first time I went was just a bad day for them and they were super busy but this is the second time everythinghas been horrible. I ended up spitting my drink out at the red light it was so disgusting and drove down to the St James Dunkinbecause I?ve never had an issue with any of their food or service. I definitely don?t recommend this Dunkin for anything unlessyou like cold breakfast sandwiches and half filled drinks that taste horrible and sticky stuff all over your vehicle cup holdersbecause they don?t know how to wipe the cups down before handing them to customers! Never has any flavors in stock than stuck buying something else or sitting in thier drive thru for 20 minutes because you cant... pull out. Frozen machine is always broke. Pay a different price every time you go in for the same thing. Read more
I used to love this Dunkin but it?s gone so downhill. The past couple of times I?ve gone, I get a half sweet half unsweet tea.... It never tastes the same. Sometimes it?s not sweet at all, sometimes it?s too sweet. And sometimes it tastes like coffee. Idon?t get how it is consistently wrong. Today I encountered the rudest drive thru employee. She was complaining about beingthere and just yelled an amount at me when I pulled up. I told her that I had a mobile order and she seemed lost. She also kepttouching things with her bare hands and putting her fingers up to her mouth. Things really need to change with this location. Read more
I?ve been going to this Dunkin Donuts since they have opened but as soon as that manager Matt started working there, it has been... a problem ever since. He makes up his own prices and overcharges big time. When you get a refill, they want to dump the coffeein your refill cup at the window. Very unsanitary! I?m going to contact the district manager when I find the information becauseevery time I ask why. They blame the district manager. Horrible! Read more
Location is totally hit or miss with orders. Two stars because the staff are usually nice and friendly. They're always nice and... usually quick with the orders. I've often got both correct and incorrect orders, but the one I just got is ridiculous. Ordered adonut I didn't receive, asked for less ice and they FILLED the cup, and the cup had a hole in it. I'll start off with something positive, anytime I go to this location I've never had a rude or impatient person at the drive... thru window. They've always been awesome. That being said I've never had so many mistakes with coffee. And I don't get acomplicated coffee, pretty simple iced coffee with cream n sugar. Also constant mistakes if i order a bagel. Last time iordered one was months ago, i asked for butter and to be toasted, there was so much butter on it that I thought it was creamcheese. It soaked through the bag onto my pants which was fun since I was on my way to work. Today I asked for a bagel. Askedfor it to be toasted twice and butter. I get home, find a bagel that was not toasted covered in cream cheese. I hate beingthat negative review person but pretty much everytime there's something wrong with what I order.
