(11/09/22) I used to work at this store and I never had issues as a customer. That is why I had a lot of trust on not looking at... my food whenever I would leave, that was my mistake. Today around 3.30pm I ordered a frozen chocolate but ended up getting afrozen coffee. I can?t drink coffee because I am pregnant. I didn?t notice it was coffee until I was halfway finished with itbecause of the amount of chocolate it had. My food was also rung up wrong. This is an excellent place to get your coffee and donuts. Has good staff and shorter wait times on average. Atmosphere isn't... anything to gawk over but is completely fine for a quick dine in. Read more
will not be coming back here, staff is rude. Asked for a simple carmel ice latte and a shot of expresso in a separate cup ... SIMPLE ORDER... not here made a totally different drink and put the extra shot in it. when I explain what I ordered the girldays that's what we made. while I was waiting 2 other people got wrong orders. 9 people behind the counter 6 people in line it?s finally my turn young man takes my order I pay in cash he has little change in... the drawer calls out no one seems to care. Manager? No where to be seen. Asks me do you need change? Ahh yeah never got it. Notimpressed with this crew more concerned with drive through than customer in line. This is the most expensive place i have visited to buy a cappuccino!!!! I'm going in this place for buy one medium cappuccino... with caramel.....the guy at the cashier ask me $10.00 !!!! What is possible ask $10.00 for 10 cents of milk, 1 cents of coffeeand 5 cents of caramel????!!! Maybe they going to Italy for make the cappuccino? How is it possible that there is no pricecontrol by authorities ? This is a theft, and they deserve to go to the court! Quality has been slipping, I mean look at the iced cappuccino I got. It's a small in a medium cup basically, I feel... cheated. Then this morning I ordered ahead using the app and every. Single. Thing. Was. Wrong. My avocado toast was bread,totally not toasted. I got the extra shot of espresso in my latte like I wanted, and then milk added which I didn't & doesn'treflect the order I placed online. My husband got the wrong drink entirely, he wanted a latte not a macchiato. I go to Dunkinbc it's convenient but I have no problem driving a couple mins further for something waaaay better. Read more
Okay so I ordered a iced signature latte here early in the morning to start my day and it was supposed to be at the one in... ladson. So I was about 4 hours late getting this, but I still came because I don't waste money. I heard one of them made alittle comment, but I still proceeded to get what I paid for. There was this pretty brown skin girl who worked there that boughtme my order and she was nice about it and explained to me what happened very professional. Literally go to dunkin at least 6 days a week. This dunkin is not consistent at all. I order the same, frozen coffee, every... time. Some days is great, then it's just blended ice. I wish they would do better. Read more
