It's Hardee's. You know the staff is going to be more obsessed with their cell phones and personal stuff than trying to provide...
service that might increase their business (or draw in more customers)... but you are hungry and there's no other options onyour current route. It's definitely not
Drive-thru experience was terrible. Rudest customer service ever. Didn't even want me to continue ordering after I said the... first combo I needed. Then was asked to wait (no big deal) after paying. So we pulled well we were pointed to park to wait.After 18 minutes. We walked inside to see what was going on...to discover they hadn't even started our order. Once the bag wasin our hands we left (had small inpatient kids in tow) and ofcourse each item that was ordered ..wasn't made as requested. Weare currently eating peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Dirty floors and tables and chairs and straw wrapping everywhere. Bags and food wrapping on empty tables. Employees sitting at a... booth doing nothing but talking on the phone. These might be my first negative comments since I began posting reviews several years ago. I tend to see the good in people and... their actions. Let me start by saying that there is more than one side to every story, and there may be an understandableexplanation for my particular experience. Bring it on. Please. I also need to stress that with age comes patience andunderstanding, and of these I have plenty. This was my first visit to this location, and I won't return. Let me tell youwhy. At the time, Hwy 17 was bumper-to-bumper traffic. Full capacity highway full of commuters during rush hour traffic. Iwalked in a side door and approached the counter. There was no one in sight. This means no one behind the counter and no one itthe adjacent kitchen area. Dead quiet. I mean, put in earplugs and cover your head with a pillow quiet. Zero on the decibelmeter quiet I walked back and forth for a couple of minutes looking for help, then decided to leave. The place was starting tolook a little dreary anyway. Upon leaving I walked past an employee (on break or off-shift, I am sure) who was at a table onhis phone, and asked if the store was closed (4:00 on a Monday afternoon). At the time there were two other customers sitting inthe dining area. I called them customers, but there was no food present at the time- they were also involved with theirphones. He looked over and asked if no one was at the counter. He then said they should be. At this point, even if he were onbreak, it wouldn't be take much effort for him to walk to the back to get someone's attention. But no, I walked back alone,always hopeful, and again waited a full minute or more before someone stepped out of a nearby room (more on this later).
