I'm only putting 5 stars because of the awesome customer service I get at the window at 6am from Amanda!!!! I've been so... disappointed bc I haven't seen her in a few days and there isn't a friendly face at the window where ever she went she needs tocome back! I used to work in the chow hall on the Air Force Base when I was a teenager. We had to go to a class to teach you about how to... handle food and to clean your utensils table tops Drink Machine and so on. Today which is 10-21-22. The girl behind the counterhad hair braids approximately 3 ft and more that was hanging in the ice machine as she filled the cups up with ice. And theother girl was taking her hands and wiping her face off and then grabbing people's food and the soda cups and hand them out thewindow. They should be wearing hair nets and gloves and be taught not to be touching your hair or face while serving people'sfood. I know businesses are having trouble getting good help. But they should be some sort of class teaching people how tohandle food and to be clean. I'm sure I'm wasting my time saying this but I figured I'd try. Read more
This is our usual Hardee's since it's close and mostly has pretty good food. I got a cinnamon roll and it was really good. We... also got a big breakfast plate, biscuit and gravy, eggs, bacon, tots. Great except for the bacon. Asked for well done, crispbacon. Gat medium cooked limp bacon, which I like, but this wasn't my meal. As you can see the bacon is not crisp. Only reason they getting the star is because the lady that was at the drive thru. I went here today and got family some lunch... and so when we got back home all 6 burgers smelled weird and tasted funny. Called the manager Susanna and she was telling me howeverything is fresh. Well if that?s the case why is everyone sick now. So I brought the burgers back and she walking up likeshe had a problem so I asked her to smell them and she was like no they smell fine but she gave me a refund on only 5 of thecombos. She also said the meat comes from the freezer. Well something was bad between the buns. Read more
I went here at 8:30 in the morning and my chicken was old and hard hash browns we soggy all food was cold. I didn't have time to... turn around because I was on my way to work. I mean they shouldn't be selling leftover food anyways. Read more
Horrible. Multiple visits, so that I didn't judge my review based on a bad shift/day. The taco feature is a joke, the tacos are... stale, both times that I went. I asked for beef nachos, and didnt get any beef on my nachos, just a lot of beans. Its like theyscraped the last of the refried beans and slammed it on there and covered it up with cheese and sour cream. Fried were oversalted. The only good thing was the chicken strips that were hot and fresh. Customer service was slow. I threw away the rest ofthe food. Read more
Fast food fast. Good quality. Good value. This store better than others I've been to recently.
