Better off going to a gas station cafe than all of IHOP. The food way too greasy than normal and took a very long time no almost... nothing, atmosphere was ugly, and the sanitation here is non-existent. Wish I never came inside, ketchup all over tables. Alittle kid running around the restaurant with no control. The best advice to give is to never step foot in the establishment. Read more
Waited in my car for curbside pickup and had to go inside to pickup. Why have the check in online feature if it's not used by... the restaurant?Nobody answered the phone when I called. There were two other cars waiting for pickup. The woman knew I was therefor pickup because she could see me in my car from the window. This is absolutely ridiculous. I would have selected pickupinside of it was easy for me to do so. The woman at the counter was not even friendly or apologetic. When I told her there wereother cars waiting she just said ok and walked away. Definitely WILL NOT be coming back and I will tell others to avoid thislocation. Read more
We went at a good time, 10ish or so. No crowd, eggs cooked correctly and received exactly what I expected. Was very happy with... the portions and fair pricing. The server could have been more personable but was efficient. We all have bad days I guess. Read more
So I haven?t took myself out to eat in a while and today 7/24/2022 was a calming experience. There was a boy who seated me he... didn?t greeted me the way I am use to face to face eye contact, but he was young and at least he wasn?t rude or anything I toldhim thank you and he said welcome. My server was nice and sweet as well. She took my order kept checking on me and I got myorder pretty fast. The reason why I gave 4 stars because of the interaction between the servers didn?t made me feel like ?I?mglad your here let me serve you? and the tables weren?t clean. I had something on my spoon as well but didn?t say anything nordid I use it. I hope the servers there greet their customers and make them feel welcome when they?re there.Also the staff hasyoung people which surprised me but you got to start somewhere. The food was good. The waiter was friendly. The coffee was cold. The reason for my 2 stars is because the manager was creepy. He... kept talking about how a certain waitress was his favorite server. Instead of talking about her work ethics, he talked about howhe loved her accent and a potential relationship with her and he was staring at her like a hawk from across the room.Unfortunately, I didn?t catch his name. It was very uncomfortable. Then, he proceeded to talk about other random things. He isfriendly, but shares too much personal information with customers. So the food was about what you would expect from an ihop. Not great but not absolutely terrible either. I wouldn?t really... describe it as hot but rather the type of warm like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. The waitress on theother hand has resulted in me not wanting to return to this particular ihop based on service alone. Drinks took forever. foodtook forever. Check took forever. We are very patient people and we?re chatting the whole time but when we left we realized wehad been there almost 2 hours. Another table actually asked our waitress if we could get our drinks after they had received arefill. We had to call her over to figure out why some pancakes were missing toppings. We never figured that out so just assumedthey ran out. Very glad we didn?t need refills or anything other than syrup. When it was time for the check we had a gift cardwhich she couldn?t get to work but we finally got it sorted thanks to the manager who was very kind and helpful. Took my kids for a daddy daughter fun date. We got seated quickly, but the service was a bit slower than expected. Food was... warm and not hot. The crepes didn't look anything like advertised. The portions seemed a whole lot bigger in the menu...thatwas what we came there for primarily. My burger was also dry and almost flavorless. Read more
