Spent $65 for a 16 pc meal and didn?t get anything to eat the food with. No fork, spoon and not even a napkins!
Stopped here for lunch as I travel for work. Big mistake. The food was okay but there was 0 signage saying no dining in and no... indicators of it being closed. As I sat down the cashier said ?next time there is no dining?. Who said I would be coming back ascertainly I will not. Out of respect and being the bigger person I was in the middle of immediately getting up and I hear thatsame employee, Jiasha, loudly talking in the back to her coworkers saying ?I told him and everybody else no dining in yet hestill did it.? This location on 10170 Dorchester road Summerville SC 29485 is the absolute WORST!! Not only as a doordasher but as a past... customer this place poorly staffed and there is nothing expedient about this service. The store should close down immediatelypeople in this area are getting tired of it and will eventually stop shopping here altogether and it will be forced to closedown which I hope it does. This is clearly not only a store level issue with the management that runs it but also clearly acorporate issue if in fact it's not a franchise of some sort. As long as KFC has been around they should be ashamed of this typeof service. Lobby closed by 5 or 6 PM. Excessively long lines and waits in the drive-through as if people had any other choicebecause they can't go inside. I sincerely hope That this store closes down and KFC as a whole suffers for it.
