Unlike other Panera bread locations this one didn't have ordering kiosk, so all orders had to go thru one cashier. They don't... use pagers or texts to say when the food is ready. I would say that the staff at the pick up area was lost. The manager wasthere and still had to get the cashier to come sort out the orders. Several people waiting for their food, everyone was patientbut there were plenty of mutters and looks shared by the customers. No one was cleaning tables you had to do that yourself. Food was acceptable but they get very happy with the onions they seem to want to add to most dishes. Read more
Absolutely Delicious! Top on my list of favorite places to eat. Customer service is so nice, friendly and efficient. Food is... always hot, they have so many drinks and coffees to choose from. Salads are wonderful. I love the place. I joined "The Sip Club"too. Read more
This is my first time experience at Panera Bread store first my wife went to get the salad and then I went to get this Asiago... Cheese Bread and I they ask if I want to sliced it up I say yea when I got the bag I didn?t believe what I saw the attendance isok but they need to get better than that so sorry I don?t like to talk about business but sometimes we need to say somethingwhat?s going on we paid then to get what we want to. This location is just like every Panera I've ever been to, hence the 4/5 rating. The food is good, service is quick, but the... 'aura' is always melancholy.The bakery items are fresh and tasty, as they always are at Panera. The coffee is always fresh, butslightly over roasted in my opinion (I'm not a Starbucks fan for this reason, so if you are, you'll like the coffee here too).The staff is always "muted"at Panera. They are courteous and helpful, but very subdued. I think the Panera vibe can be describedas what you get when hippie, introvert foodies want to open a restaurant- Great, fresh, creative, (fairly) healthy food, but "dowe really have to talk to the customer?")???? Panera is never my first choice. The menu has many items and the print is too small for older patrons to read from the other... side of the counter. I asked for a printed menu, but there was none. We ordered the almond chicken salad. Chicken was fine,but I did not detect any almonds. Bread very soft and fresh. To me, Panera is rather boring. Nothing is bad, but nothing isspectacular either. The girl who called our name to pick up our order sounded like we were being called to the principal'soffice. Read more
Really disappointed. Drive through took 30 minutes. Lady in front of me ordered like 10 flatbreads and when I finally got my... "whole steak and white cheddar with extra protein" this is what I got. Never going back. Read more
Horrible service. They were out of everything. That I understand however, 8 employees in a open a bag and heat fast food joint... and all trash is over flowing. No teas ... dirty floors... Read more
