I walk with a cane so I was happy when they offered to carry my pizza to my car for me. The pizza was really good also.

Don?t order from here, service is terrible. Pre ordered 1.5 hours early and pizza was over 30 minutes late by time I called to... check on it. Update: Decided to give them another chance...smh Ordered a medium Hawaiian and a small pineapple and beef nothing added or... taken away...simple right??? Nope..tasted horrible like it was old had sat around all day, hardly had any toppings orsauce..pizza was dry..both of them! We are done with papa johns! After placing an online order for a large meat lovers and asmall beef pineapple pizza.. I watching as my last page confirming my order spun like a top.. So I called and told the girl whoanswered about my online order.. Her response "we stopped taking pick up orders" then she hung up on me.. My partner and ourroommate had already left to pick it up.. They didn't have a phone with them.. The manager said the online ordering wasmessed up he took their order (something that girl would NOT do over the phone) Papa J here's a tip for ya.. Took 12 minutes to get person taking order to understand my address..then ordered at 4pm and not delivered until 5:25pm and was... cold and burned..never again Papa Johns!!! I don't know what's happening at papa John's on trolly Rd in Summerville but I cannot believe you continue to send pizza out... like this I gave you guys another chance and my pizza still comes out like this truly done with papa John's they were alsosupposed to refund me I never got that refund but at this point I will not be ordering from you again Read more
Worst Papa John?s I?ve ever dealt with. I worked at PJ?s during college and still like their pizza because is typically... consistent, just not from this location. Ordered an hour before close and they call me to cancel 15 minutes later. Employeedidn?t even give reason why other than they weren?t taking orders, wow!. Amazing because we only did that if we ran out ofdough, which would?ve been easy to say. The last couple times we?ve got food from here were subpar and this location just lostme as a customer.
