I'm in heaven yall, I didn't know we had a Popeyes' in Summerville. Food was delicious!!! Come check it out. The drive-through... service was quick and easy, Remy was my cashier and he was very Courteous , he even added hot sauce, honey Cockrail sauce, andstrawberry jam, without me even asking.. The Manager with the long dreads is amazing she moves fast and really try to get people in and out and very pleasant. The other... manager with the highlights in her hair is absolutely awful. She plays with the employees in front of customers who?s beenwaiting. She has a horrible attitude. She moves slow. If I could give this 0 starts I would No biscuits let me say that again NO BISCUITS! At Popeyes rice and beans were gross tasted... old The sweet sugar with the tea on the side could have killed my diabetic mother thank goodness we tried it first. The lemonadehad no lemon so the sweet water. No NAPKINS even in the bathroom No utensils No carbonation in the soda machine No chickenstrips We have never had a bad experience at Popeyes in fact we love it there so much we took the whole family. Short & Sweet, if I was the owner of this location I would have someone fill out an application, get... hired & just sit back and take note so i could have a Birdseye view of what's going on inside my establishment! Horrible service. Placed a sizable to go order. Arrived 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. It wasn?t and the cashier... had to dig to find the order. Ordered large containers of red beans and rice and they didn?t have them. Subbed multiple smallcontainers. Asked for a simple adjustment and was refused and the staff became defensive. Ordered 4 chicken sandwich meals. Got home just to find out that 2 of the sandwiches were raw in the middle, one was barely... cooked at all. Sadly my daughter took 2 bites before realizing this. This is a review on this location as we enjoy the food at Popeyes. It is known for long waits and less than helpful service. We... went in on a Saturday shortly after noon. Upon entering, we were told the dining room was closed. No big deal although the doorwas unlocked and there was no sign on the door. We went out and got into the drive thru line. Once we made it to the intercom,we waited for a few minutes (again, no big deal). Then I tried to order a Popeyes sandwich. They were out. At noon. On aSaturday. I wish they would have led with that so that so much time wasn?t wasted. It?s an easy thing to have put out a sign orlet us know on the intercom rather than ask us to wait twice before telling us that the signature item on the menu was out whenwe tried to order it.
