Absolutely horrendous. There is no way on earth the cubed pieces of \"chicken\" were fresh (it had the texture of chicken in... canned soup with an extended shelf life), and the shrimp and rice had an awful taste. Would never go back, EW. Complete waste of$15. Read more

Terrible now since changing names to Tokyo from Japan. Last straw will not be going again. Ordered steak and shrimp bowl and... when I got home noticed no shrimp. Not the biggest of deals but then everything tasted just awful!! Steak was like jerky, friedrice tasted weird oily flavor, the white sauce even sucked. Save your time and money and go anywhere else this place is terriblenow. Read more

Disappointing. I have been going to this location since 2004, through the various name changes, I have always returned because... the food was good. The changes that came with the recent name change of this restaurant to Seasons of Tokyo, I will not bereturning. I ordered the Ribeye dinner, requested to be cooked to medium, as I have for many years. This was the first time Ifelt the quality of meat was poor, it was cut into thin, small pieces, some pieces were cooked to crunchy, very dry meat. Therewas oil pooled at the top of the sauce when I moved the food to figure out what about the food had changed, it was way too muchoil, very unappetizing. The seasoning on the vegetables has changed. I was warned when I ordered, people either love thechanges or they hate it. I don\'t love it. Sad that the food preparation has changed so much. I would have spent less to buybetter quality product and prepared this at home, it is what I will do next time. Sorry, I don\'t love it, I don\'t like it, Iwon\'t be back for this. Read more

Seasons of Tokyo food is amazing. I got the combination plate. The shrimp were cooked perfect. My daughter loved the chicken and... the steak was cooked a perfect medium rare. The veggies were perfect. Not to soft not to hard. I enjoyed my meal and can’twait to go back for another mother daughter date there. Read more

The filet mignon was over cooked and salty. My wife had the shrimp yakisoba with vegetables and fried rice - each item equally... salty, as well. The choice of video and musical entertainment for this establishment was better suited for a topless bar, not afamily dine-in restaurant. Cardi B’s infamous rendition of “WAP” should be reserved for consenting adult listeners. I’ve had great food at the Tanger Outlet location, so I’m hopeful that this experience was a one-off. So Disappointed! We want Japanese food but didn\'t want to hassle or wait like the cook-at-your-table places. Food was not good.... We all had shrimp, chicken and steak platter. Chicken was mushy, steak was cooked to death hours before we got there and somewas stringy and the 3 shrimp I got was also mush (like mashed potatoes). Rice, which we all look forward to had ZERO TASTE.Thanks for the warm white sauce that\'s been sitting in jugs on a counter un-refrigerated to help the rice. I used to come hereyears ago and the food was priced accordingly with average food quality. Apparently different owners or managers now (as thename changed). Now prices went up, food portions are down and food QUALITY IS WAY DOWN. Add to this experience every table wassticky. Tried to clean it ourselves and napkins ripped apart from sticking to the table. Also NO paper towels or soap inbathroom. Read more
