I ordered a cherry limeade and mozza sticks. Took way too long for my order to come. The credit card port also did not work at... the window. I had to send my card inside with the server for payment. If you?re going to fly the U.S. flag please read and comply with the U.S. flag code. Your flag is too small for the height of... your flag pole. Also get the U.S. flag app it will notify you when to lower the flag to half masts. Also you must have the alight on the flag if you?re going to fly it at night. Despite the weather in the power being out in most of the city. They are open and doing what they can for their community..... Although the wait time was a little lengthy it's completely understandable with how many people they were serving. We got ourorder our full order, unfortunately minus the ice cream for my oreo bites. This is the second sonic I've tried to eat from and the service is just nonexistent. I understand that everyone is short staffed... but they just don't even care. They never respond when you activate the button to order even after hitting it twice. Verydisappointing. Read more

I came to this establishment a few minutes ago to order a sonic blast. As I stood in the seating pavilion for at least 15... minutes with a worker passing me 5 or more times, I was never recognized. In addition, I pressed the red button without anyacknowledgment and had to hit it again still nothing. No one was in the drive-thru for at least the last 5 minutes. I wouldrecommend not wasting your time here because clearly, they do not care about patrons. Read more

Placed an online order but the app froze when we arrived. I pushed the button and spoke to a younge man telling him that I... placed an online order but I couldn't check in the app and just wanted to let them know I was there. Young man said he wouldhave the order ready in a few min. 15 min go by and nothing so I talk to someone else explaining what happened and he assured mehe would have the order ready in a few min. After 30 min, I get out of my vehicle to go find someone and that's where I talkedto Jaelyn. I explained to her what happened and she assured me she would talk care of it and apologized for the other 2employees and waiting 30 min. Within 5 min she brought out our food and again apologized for everything. She was fantastic andis what a great employee is. Her customer service was excellent. Read more

Ordered 3 large blasts.... they came about 3/4 full. And the toppings were wrong... not what we ordered. Couldn't tell which hot... dog was which. (Had different condiments under the chili and cheese. ) Read more
