Great experience. 2 older teens running the place tonight with a long line and they killed it. Super nice, kept the line moving,... AND the phone answered. Read more

This location was out of all... but ...3 breads ?Had no scissors to open ingredient bags to add to the messy falling out... ingredients. More training is needed for front end. They are out a breads and can't wrap! I tipped anyway because the issues seemhigher level...Inventory and employee training . I wore everything that fell out of artisan bread .I was supposed to have a NewMexican foot long.My sandwich cost a Lot...$18 plus dollars plus a 15% tip.The management is hurting the front and customersatisfaction ratios. Great sandwich. Employees were obviously not getting along so took a bit longer. One female being ridiculously bossy

Good service, I felt as the though the service was a little slow, but the food still tasted good so I didn't mind too much.

We had our order taken by Erica and we had ordered a teriyaki chicken sub. She put the sweet onion sauce on it and I asked her... to take it off or remake the sub with the plain chicken teriyaki and she refused. Throughout the order she was telling the otherworker with her to do her job. As we were checking out and waiting for our subs to be wrapped and completed she would be givingus the nastiest look as we waited. Read more

They were closing at 9, walked in at 8:50 and was told they weren?t taking anymore customers. The ?OPEN? sign was still lit.... Probably because it was not time to be closed?.. And a time previously gloves were not changed after ringing up the person infront of me and handling their money. Read more

But nowadays the new employees either have... attitudes and just don't care about what the customers want, talking to other employees in a unprofessional way, or listening totheir earpods or even listening to headphones... if your not a people person, don't work in a industry that deals with people Read more
