I?m very disappointed in this particular store. I went to order some subs for my family and everything I had ask for was... unavailable. We settled for what was available. There were no cookies and only 1 Gatorade no ranch no pickles no mozzarellacheese no meatballs and so on . I purchased 2 foot longs a bag of chips and 1 Gatorade $17.95 . When we got home to eat thebread was extremely hard and crumbling , and the taste wasn?t the best either. I grabbed up everything and drove back to thestore. When I got there the employees did not know how to do a refund. I asked for the manager there was no manager available. Ileft my telephone number and name for a call back, and never got one. The next day I called the store and ask for the manager,the manager was still unavailable. I was given a telephone number for the manager but never got an answer. Just a waste of moneyI pay for something and couldn?t even eat it. Read more

Ordered and the service was good. Only problem was that we had coupons and they do not honor them anymore. There is a sign on... the counter stating that the price of food has gone up and they regrettably can not honor them. I can not understand how theycan legally stop honoring coupons they have printed. I can see them not printing any future coupons, but not honoring the oneswith valid dates, so irresponsible and wrong. Read more

So, ordered online, was supposed to be ready at 7:20, got there, wasn't begun until almost 730. I was envisioning a sandwich... with fresh bread, some nice vegetables, instead bread was like an old shoe and had about four pieces of spinach on it. We'll, Iguess I'm done with this place... Read more

My boyfriend and I went today to get lunch and there were either 4 or 5 people in front of us waiting to give there order to get... there sandwich. Very little meat on our sandwiches, asked if we wanted our sandwich toasted (sandwich was getting bacon on it)There was a lot of dressing on one end of the sandwich and little to none on the other side. I asked for pickles on my sandwichand the employee gave me very little even when I asked for more pickles. When they finished making our sandwiches we went tocheckout and I overheard the customer waiting behind us trying to order her sandwich and the employee told her she had to waitbecause they had to get these mobile orders out. They were more focused on the mobile orders than helping the customers in thestore. When we got home to eat our sandwiches I started eating mine and knew something was off but couldn?t tell. By the time Istarted the second half I knew what was wrong. My bread was not cooked all the way. So it was doughy with every bite. I tried tostill eat it because I was hungry. I ordered a sub online and my boyfriend went inside to pick it up for me. They gave my sub away to someone else. I?m positive it... was a careless mistake on their end but I?m not upset that my sub was given away. When my boyfriend informed them that they hadaccidentally given away my food the woman got an attitude with him, as if it was his fault that she made a mistake. She thenproceeded to remake my sub with the smallest amount of everything in my order. My footlong was pretty much bread. 10/10 do notrecommend. Read more

I go to this Subway all the time at least twice a week because it is close to my work. Though I have not been in the last 6... weeks because I have been dieting, I went today to treat myself. It was not busy, only 1 person in front of me and one waiting.I never saw this lady before but she seemed overwhelmed. She began to make my subs and acted tho the bread was hard and asked medoes that look too hard for you and I was like if you are asking me that I assume the bread is too hard, so she got me adifferent one. Got to my office to eat and it sounded like a brick hit my desk. It was so hard and crunchy, 100 times worsethan being extra toasted-never have I had bread this hard!!!!! My coworkers always say how bad this Subway is with the hardbread and I finally got that experience today unfortunately. You cannot tell me you don't see how hard that bread is when youare making a sandwich!! I guess on my cheat day, I didn't get to cheat LOL! Read more
